Terrible service. I ordered Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus from this seller via Amazon. My one buds got damaged. I contacted Samsung and they couldn't able to identify the serial number of the product in their system. They asked me to contact the seller and contacted this seller and they didn't even replied for my concern. Thank God, Amazon agreed to take back the product otherwise i would have been in trouble.Amazon should avoid these type of sellers which will give negative reputation for the company.Total Disappointment.

I bought a Samsung Fit2 from this company. The item doesn't work anymore, the warranty is still valid and they won't get back to me. Their voicemail is also full. Samsung won't accept the claim, as this company is not an authorized seller.
