Horrible! the worst one. Stick to trap call or any other service because these guys are theives! No accountability, no compassion, no refunds (even when it is their fault) no apologies, no common sense…. I can go on but I will stop here. Always a hassle with payments and length of time to actually have them apply it. Your money will be in limbo anywhere from 30 mins to one hour sometimes. If I could give it zero stars I would

Horrible services here, you are better off going to their competitors! They treat you horribly and overcharge for everything. The best part is that you cannot take the money out of the account, hope this helps any new people looking into these types of services...

For the most part I had a good experience with this company. The dropped calls were a concern but we were using a cell phone so I cant completely blame these guys. When I asked them to change the number they did without issue. I liked that I could text and get an immediate response. I would recommend this company.

While I am grateful the I can receive calls from a family member, I am appalled at the business practices of this entity.Their accounting is dreadful, and there always seems to be a Network fee or other item that must be paid before you can accept calls even if you have a credit balance on your acct. You are denied use of your paid service fee until you send more $. Ridiculous.The website does not clearly outline the costs... the network fee was a surprise.The chat live support is disgraceful.It appears they know how to capitalize on the disadvantaged situation of their clientele

Absolutely the worst customer service you can get. If there's an issue they refuse to take ownership it will just automatically be your fault. If you get upset they just end the chat. Had nothing but issues for the first month, and they finally admitted to it being their fault, they still refused to compensate anything. Lost a month which I had to pay for, and was told to pay for the next month in full. Worst company to use. BUYER BEWARE. No refunds should have been the first red flag. No refunds bc their service is completely unusable. How they have 4.1 star review is beyond me. Every day there's some sort of issue so I can't talk to the person.

SCAM!! Would not recommend this service at all!! Worst customer service. I should have read other people's terrible experiences with Call2Talk/Canada Relink on internet threads. They can change their name but they cannot hide that they take people's money and have absolutely no sympathy about it. I keep putting money in and I still cannot receive calls when I know for a fact that I have sufficient funds. They have no problem accepting my etransfers but that's about the only thing they can do.I really wanted to be able to rely on them. I'm truly, truly disappointed.

0 stars, quite frankly. Paying your monthly balance is frustrating each and every time. Don't ignore the previous reviews about hidden fees like I did because boy, are they irritating to say the least.Hidden fees are disclosed ONLY at each time of payment for call top ups. It is complicated and never fully explained to the customer. Even after fishing around asking questions about it, verifying the total amount, and sending payment, they'll STILL tell you to pay more? So really there is no point talking to them because of the outright lies of the cost of their service.Dropped calls happen quite frequently. If the company cared, they would not charge you the full $1.50 for a call abruptly ending at 27 seconds, but of course they do.It is a monthly and sometimes daily disappointment to do business with call2talk. So if you want to waste your time and deal with a company that shows no courtesy when mistakes are made on their part, then by all means. At least their registration is easy.

When my loved one was transferred and the account sat unused for a month, they refused to use the over $160 balance I had going forward, they required me to pay a monthly fee and transaction fee every month until the funds ran out. I continued making the monthly fee payments because they refused to refund the excessive funds on the account and I didn't feel it was fair they would just keep my money if I cancelled the account. But it was never disclosed anywhere that they would refuse to use the balance for those monthly fees and you would think after 18 months of making $200 a month off me they would not be trying to take me for the $160 balance on the account.The lowest price guaranteed is a lie. Federal inmates pay less for calls and calling cards with other companies are cheaper. But they won't honour the guarantee.In the 18 months I've used the service, 3 times my payments took days to get onto my account while I had several missed calls. When my loved one transferred the staff was rude and difficult to talk to.I requested a refund for the balance sitting on the account and my email was never replied to.There are other companies offering calling options for cheaper.UPDATE:My previous review was correct, but they have since changed their position on using balances on the account. So I am writing another review.Federal inmates still pay less for phone calls then this service, promoting as the cheaper service out there was incorrect, it is the cheapest service for remand, not federal.Its not an ideal service for federal because of the cost, they are not required to place collect calls like remand, when the number changes it is hard for them to get the phone number approved (a requirement of federal), they have a limited number allowance in the assessment units and they are limited in making these requests.I was offered a discount code to promote this company, I've already heavily promoted them to many of his friends and family for the 19 months earlier. While the code was appreciated, it wasn't something that would be of use to me at this point and felt like too little too late.The owner called me about my google review. This was more important then replying to my request for a refund email. I appreciate the effort to change the process, but it was many issues with the company that inspired my previous 1-star review.If they wanted a better review they should have fixed my issue back in August-September instead of waiting for me to take it to google in October.If I ever need a service like this again, I will use them, but my time with them was not without issue. My understanding is they are improving it and the plans are now priced cheaper than they were previously.If an inmate can only make collect calls I would recommend this service.I hope the staff gets some compassion training. Customer service is something that needs to improve IMO. The owner understands what its like, the staff has some more learning to do. My understanding is they are working on it.

I've only been with them for almost 2 months and i have nothing but good things to say about them. My boyfriend can hear me, I can hear him no problem. They're honest about the fees, and haven't cut off my service for any dumb reason. The call has dropped once or twice but thats to be expected when taking collect calls. They answer emails within minutes and are friendly. Overall, I would recommend them.
